Brian McGrail

Brian McGrail is Senior Policy Counsel at Encode. He previously worked in AI policy at the Center for AI Safety Action Fund, served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary of Commerce, clerked for two federal judges, and litigated in private practice. Brian graduated from Yale Law School, Oxford University, and Williams College.
